Workshops “Inspiring Science Lessons - Big Ideas of Science in interdisciplinary approaches”
150 teachers participated at the “Inspiring Science Lessons - Big Ideas of Science in interdisciplinary approaches” workshops organised in Romania, within the Inspiring Science Education Project.
The first training and demonstration workshop was organized at “Gheorghe Magheru” Secondary School from Caracal, Olt County on 12 March 2016. Two days later, on 14 March, the second one was held at “Grigore Moisil” National College from Bucharest, Romania
The third workshop took place at ”Horia Hulubei” Theoretical High School from Magurele, Ilfov county, on 17 March 2016.
The participants discovered what is new on the ISE portal, they talked about the Big Ideas of and about Science, they ran the ISE demonstrators and lessons.
Mihaela Garabet presented the Eratosthenes experiment, which took place on 21th of March 2016, and the demonstrators Eratosthenes Experiment, Following Curiosity on Mars and Blue Planet.
