Workshop “ISE Lessons - Big Ideas of Science in interdisciplinary approaches” in Suceava (Romania)
The Suceava School Inspectorate, ”Stefan cel Mare” University, The Astronomical Observatory, “Natanael” High School from Suceava and SIVECO Romania, the National Coordinator of ISE Project in Romania organised the Training and demonstration workshop “Inspiring Science Lessons - Big Ideas of Science in interdisciplinary approaches” in the Inspiring Science Education Project on 19 March 2016.
Mihaela Garabet and Valerica Ignatescu moderated the topics: presentation of ISE portal; Big Ideas of and about Science; ISE demonstrators and lessons; presentation of Eratosthenes experiment - 21 March 2016; running the demonstrator "Following Curiosity on Mars".
71 teachers and inspectors from Suceava county (Romania) took part in the workshop.
