ISE presented to Flemish teachers to launch classroom runs
Mathy Vanbuel from ATiT presented ISE at a workshop in Geel today with 22 Flemish teachers already actively engaged in inquiry based science education, to explore the possibilities of using ISE demonstrators with students in the coming weeks. During the session different demonstrators were discussed along with the practicalities of having students utilize the ISE portal to carry out experiments in the classroom. Some demonstrators already available in Dutch have been reviewed for their suitability in the classroom but as a result of the planned classroom runs more resources may need to be translated. The teachers who took part will receive more information about the tools and resources available in ISE and how to become active users.
